I created KillTheWOD Pre-Workout Balm a few years ago when I started doing Functional Fitness style workouts. I was having problems with Range of Motion in some areas of my body due to inflammation and pain. Instructions for use

1. Apply a small amount of KillTheWOD Pre-Workout balm to the target area.
   
2. Spread KillTheWOD in a thin layer over and around the target area.
3. Lightly massage KillTheWOD into the skin of the target area.
4. Repeat process as necessary until target area(s) are covered.
5. Wash hands with warm soapy water.
